1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using Software V, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Software V is an on-device AI video production agent developed by ALIX Inc.

2. License and Ownership

• Lifetime License: Software V is provided as a one-time purchase, "Buy Once, Use Forever" license. You own the right to use the version of the software you purchased indefinitely.
• Device Restriction: Each license key is valid for one (1) device at a time.
• License Management: Users can manage, activate, or deactivate their license keys through the official Software V website's management system.

3. On-Device Processing & Privacy

• Local Execution: All AI processing (Research, Scripting, Editing) is performed locally on the user's hardware.
• Data Sovereignty: No video assets or personal project data are uploaded to our servers, ensuring maximum privacy.

4. Prohibited Uses Users are prohibited from using Software V to create:

• Illegal, sexually explicit (NSFW), or defamatory content.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property The software, including its code, interface, and original AI modules, is the exclusive property of ALIX Inc. and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital software and the provision of a license key, refunds may be restricted once the key has been activated. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific details.

7. Limitation of Liability Software V is provided "as is." ALIX Inc. is not liable for any data loss or hardware issues resulting from the intensive local AI processing.
